There is a payphone in the kitchen of each house which enables incoming as well as outgoing calls.

SECURITY:
All tenants are issued with keys for their own rooms, plus two keys for the dual locking front doors.

CLEANERS:
There is a Ł2 charge per week for cleaning the communal areas of the house - bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and hallways. This ensures that the house remains clean and no-one has to spend their valuable free time doing chores.

In addition, communal carpets and curtains are cleaned twice a year and bedroom carpets once a year. Bedroom curtains are cleaned on the departure of each tenant.
